David Zeharia is a Practical Electrical Engineering graduate of the Technological Institute and University of Israel. In the early stage of his career David has worked on aircraft electrical development system for various aircraft. Now with over 43 years of experience in the maintenance and modification of aerospace electrical power equipment, as the CEO and Person Responsible for Maintenance, David is responsible for the day-to-day regulatory requirement of the company and the development of its strategic direction.
A determined man and an indisputable leader, David belongs to the breed of managers who are focused on innovation, teamwork and customer satisfaction. Growth and results are the core elements of his business philosophy, as shown by the constant growth of World Aviation Corp. and its sister company Aero Component Support Inc.
ACSI creation was the result of David’s vision of joining a Transport Canada approved part distributor with an approved maintenance organization to reduce customer lead time, and acquire a greater share of the aftermarket.

Moty is a successful entrepreneur with over 26 years experience in sales within World Aviation Corp.
currently overlooking the day to day operation and production.
Moty’s first five years were spent learning the intricacy of rewinding for the aerospace industry. The next 13 years of Moty’s career was spent managing the sales and marketing department.
Precision Rewind Services. has a large client base including major companies such as United Airline, Delta, Air Canada and as well as numerous other companies. Moty’s experience and knowledge of the customer requirement has been essential to the constant growth of the company.
Marketing Coordinator
More than 25 years experience in Sales & Marketing, she plays a strong role in the company as a marketing coordinator.
For the past 4 years Rose has been providing suberb customer service by attending to customer requirments and needs. She is part of the Sales and Marketing Team and is involved in prioritizing production of parts and deadlines.
Rose is also one of the Health and Safety representatives certified with OSG/WHIMIS.
Production Manager

repair and test of aircraft/industrial electrical sub-components (AC
Generators, DC Generators, Starters, Motors, etc.)
David has passed formal technical training at Bedek, Israel.

Engineering Manager
More than 17 years combined experience in Mechanical engineering, Reverse engineering, Electrical testing and Quality system of aircraft generator components overhaul and maintenance.
M. Sc. In Mechanical Engineering, from East China University of Science and Technology, China. Certified by Precision Rewind Services. for vibration analysis and dynamic balancing for Dynamics Research Corp. DSP Satellite-402 and by Schenck for HM2BK/CAB 802H balancing machines. Certified by Precison Rewind Services. in Human Factors in Aviation Maintenance.
Quality Assurance Manager
Dustin is a certified Quality Systems Auditor. He achieved an Advanced Diploma in Aviation Safety at Seneca College.
He brings with him an honest and quality detailed approach in all aspects of his work. It is reinforced in his 10 years of combined experience of regulatory documentation review, manual construction and auditing practices.
He has been certified in Human Factors.

Over 15 years of experience as electrical component inspector. BSC
Mathematics from University of Lioaning, Dalian, China BSC Computer Science
from York University, Toronto.
Accounting Manager
Over 35 years combined experience handling A/R & A/P, financial statements/planning, and accounting.
For over 16 years Cathy has been the head of our Accounting Department for both Precision Rewind Services and Aero Component Support Inc. She is also the Office Manager.
